HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Many of us begin the New Year with resolutions to improve our lives. September is my New Year. I think it has to do with getting back to a normal routine. The chaos of summer vacation is over, children are back in school, and weather temperatures begin to cool. I look at it as a fresh beginning. Time to improve those eating habits that were forgotten with traveling, family picnics, the bounty of summer crops and Abbott’s Frozen Custard. Time to get back to an exercise program whose focus was lost in the heat and humidity of summer. Time to focus on ourselves.
The “Holidays” and the real “New Year”, with all their temptations, will be here all too soon!!!
