It’s hard for me to believe that it has been just over a year since I started coming to the gym. I had been putting off joining a gym for a long time. With some good-natured jokes from my nephews and being tired of being over weight, out of shape and a low energy level, I joined. One of the best decisions I made was to sign up with a personal trainer, because I wanted to avoid injury and to get the most out of each work out.
Tom has helped me in many ways by designing different training programs for different parts of the body, which mixes up my workout program, keeping it interesting. By adding new things to each program from time to time also keeps things fresh. I think that by using the proper techniques, that Tom has taught me in our weekly sessions, is the reason for my losing 45 pounds and over 10 percent of my body fat.
Of course it doesn’t hurt that Tom has a great sense of humor.
