Meet with me for a thorough discussion of your needs and goals. No charge, one per individual.

 

One-on-one Personal Training

First we set an attainable goal, considering health issues and exercise preferences. No single exercise “routine” works forever. Your training must evolve as you become more fit. My job is to keep your training ahead of your abilities, improving your fitness level in small steps. Your program will be effective, interesting, progressive, safe, and will build your self-esteem as well as your body.

All you have to do is show up – and sweat!

 

Stretch Your Fitness Training Dollars

Let me get you started correctly. I will design your exercise plan and train you to do the routines correctly and safely. You then exercise on your own and I refresh your routine at regular intervals to be sure you are progressing as desired.

 

Fitness “Tune-up”

Nothing works forever… add spark to your existing routine and overcome boredom with a “Tune-up.” I’ll introduce you to new exercises, different techniques, and some intensity-building tricks.

 

Bridal Parties

Let me help you to look your best and feel wonderful on the day that YOU are the center of attention. I offer group training for the entire bridal party, or individual sessions. Make a noticeable improvement in just weeks! Call for a free consultation.
